AXP Energy Limited confirms today that the Supreme Court of Western Australia heard the Company’s application seeking orders in relation to the Company’s administrative oversight in not lodging a compliant cleansing notice or prospectus pursuant to sections 708A(6) and 708A(11) of the Corporations Act for various share issues since 2013.
