AXP Energy Limited is pleased to confirm that it has agreed terms with Australian private company Newtak Pty Ltd to acquire Newtak’s 50% membership interest in Kentucky Exploration, LLC, resulting in AXP owning these leases outright and retaining sole operatorship.
